Any Smart List can be exported as a CSV file. The export reflects the list's current matching clients at the time of download.
Go to Smart Lists (/practice/smart-lists).
Open the Smart List you want to export.
Check the matching clients in the preview.
Click "Export CSV" above the preview.
The file downloads immediately.
The CSV has one row per matching client:

| Client Name | The client's display name |
| Policies | Number of active policies |
| Annual Premium | Scheduled annual premium across active policies, including PUA and riders. Paid-up and expired term policies count as $0. Blank when a premium isn't recorded. |
| Total CV | Sum of cash value from each policy's latest statement |
| Total DB | Sum of death benefit from each policy's latest statement |
| Max LTV % | Highest loan-to-value across the client's policies |
| Total Loan Balance | Sum of active policy loan balances |
| Net Cash Value | Total cash value minus total loan balance |
| Deployments | Number of active capital deployments |
| Tier | The client's plan |
| Stage | Active client or prospect |
| Top Focus | The client's #1 ranked focus, such as Build Capital |
| Birthdays This Month | Whose recorded birthday falls this month, by role and day, for example "Client 3; Child 9". No names or birth years. |
Some columns appear only when they apply to at least one row:

| Loans Shared | At least one client hasn't shared loan data |
Values a client hasn't shared are blank, never 0.
The export is a point-in-time snapshot of the list. If you run the same Smart List export tomorrow and client data has changed, the results may differ. Exports are always a snapshot of now.
